Last updated: March 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Xperience Education collects, uses, and protects information submitted by agency partners and visitors to this website. We are committed to responsible data practices and full transparency with our global partner network.

Who We Are

Xperience Education is a US-based organization that facilitates J-1 cultural exchange programs for international student recruitment agencies and sending organizations worldwide. Our principal place of business is in the United States. You can reach us at partners@xperience-education.com.

Data We Collect

We collect two categories of data:

Agency Contact Information — When you submit a partnership inquiry or discovery call request, we collect your name, agency name, country, email address, and any additional information you voluntarily provide in the form.

Anonymous Usage Data — With your consent, we collect anonymized website analytics via Google Analytics 4 (GA4). This includes pages visited, session duration, and general geographic region. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics data.

How We Use Your Data

Your information is used exclusively for the following purposes:

  • To evaluate and process J-1 partnership applications
  • To schedule and conduct discovery calls with prospective agency partners
  • To provide DS-2019 compliance training and program updates to active partners
  • To improve our website and understand how agencies find us (analytics only)

International Data Transfers

Xperience Education is headquartered in the United States. By submitting a partnership inquiry, you acknowledge that your contact information will be processed and stored in the USA. The United States may not have data protection laws equivalent to those in your country of residence. Where required by applicable law, we apply appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers.

Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your agency data to any third party for commercial purposes.

We may share your information with officially designated J-1 sponsor organizations solely for the purpose of processing visa allocations, DS-2019 issuance, and regulatory compliance as required by the U.S. Department of State. Any such sharing is limited to what is strictly necessary for program operations.

We use Google Analytics to analyze website traffic. When you consent to analytics cookies, anonymized data is processed by Google in accordance with their privacy policy. We have configured Google Analytics with Consent Mode v2 so that no analytics cookies are set without your explicit consent.

Data Retention

Partnership inquiry data is retained for as long as necessary to evaluate your application and maintain an active partnership relationship. If your application is unsuccessful or you request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days of that request. Anonymized analytics data is retained per Google Analytics default settings (up to 14 months).

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. EEA and UK residents have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at partners@xperience-education.com.

Cookies

We use a single category of cookies: analytics cookies via Google Analytics 4. These are only set with your explicit consent via our cookie banner. You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies and declining on your next visit. We do not use advertising, retargeting, or third-party tracking cookies.
